Our Mission
Painted Wings is a non-profit organization that was started in honor of sweet Laiken Ann Marie Skeltis. We are dedicated to spreading awareness and raising funds to help SUIDS/SIDS research find the cause of this terrible unexplained death of many infants and toddlers. Our mission is to help support bereaved families that have been affected tragically by this sudden and unexpected death of a beloved infant or toddler.
Grief never ends…But it changes. Its a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness, not a lack of faith…It is the price of love.
